Website HTML Re-Engineering and On-Site SEO

I'm looking to have my clients entire website (31 pages) re-engineered to be more Google bot friendly. If that's too much work at least 3 pages (the main pages he wants ranked really high). The pages are very small and have little content, but more than my clients competitor (bathwaydotca), but he seems to be first in search(google) for pretty much anything to do with "Bathtub". Now basically if you go to [login to view URL] and search his site you will see there's NO image files on that report, but on the actual site there are a number of images, I don't know how this is possible. His site is really clean (just text) which makes it easier for google bot to read/index. Now what I would like done is either take my clients existing website and gear it towards the keywords for each page and clean it up (HTML wise) to make it as clean as bathwaydotca. So that's means bolding certain keywords, italic certain keywords, H1, H2, H3, H4 tags, images tags and complete at internal links that would improve search results. I would also like a [login to view URL] file done and uploaded that helps the website. The keywords we are targeting are bathtub conversions, bathtub cut out, bathtub to shower conversion, convert bathtub to shower, bathtub cutting. Anyone who bids on this please make sure you understand and can write North American English because if you're going to possibly rebuilt this site at the same time optimize it you will need to know how to spell, and proper sentence structure. I understand my clients website is only a couple years old compared to his competitors which is about 6, but I think cleaning up the site and making it more Google bot friendly will help organic search results.
