Making a change in customized HeadSpace2 SEO plugin

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.5.2, using the theme Weaver II Pro 1.3.8 The site has 140 active plugins. My test site is [login to view URL] I am using on the site the plugin HeadSpace2 SEO plugin [login to view URL] The plugin was customized by a programmer. Attached is the amended plugin. What I want In the plugin's dashboard there is a setting page "HeadSpace | Page Settings" At the bottom of the page there is a list titles: "Special Tags" I need the behavior of one Special Tag changed. This the Special Tag %%date%% which is Replaced with "the date of the post/page". a. I need the letters after the day like "st" "th" "nd" "rd" not to appear b. I need the order of the words and numbers in the date to change. It should be: day month, Year (from right to left) c. I need the hour of posting not to appear. Work should stand theme upgrades and wordpress upgrades. Work should be done in 24 hours after being awarded the project.
