Fix and Update Software Program -- 2

We are looking for someone that can restore an abandoned open-source program called AdZilla, the files are below for it: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 1) Compile and restructure the source code using DNSPY or a similar program (as we are not able to get the source code from the original developer as he abandoned the program and contact info is no longer valid). 2) Update the code so the bugs afflicting it are fixed, is synced to a new server on our end, and update it as it currently crashes and is virtually unusable. You will need to update several things on the program as well, involving the usage of multiple browsers, and so on.
