Achievements Site

I want to award achievements to my students. I have made some custom awards. I would like to have a teacher Control Panel (CP) where I can see all my students by class (I usually have about 12 classes of 25-40 students). When my students submits an assignment I will check a box for that assignment. This should generate an awards page for the student. The students will have to register and login as to keep their scores private. They will see their current scores and the awards medals that they have earned. It would be best if I can copy and paste the student names by class. The assignments should be blank and I will have to manually enter them. Awards would be grayed out until I check a box on the CP and then the student can see the colored version has been awarded. -Teacher control/tracking page, home screen, Student login page, student register page, student awards page. Maybe 5 pages total plus the MySQLi database. I already have hosting at [login to view URL] and I am familiar with FTP and Moodle. However, I would prefer the awards page to be separate from Moodle as things tend not to work with updates. Total is 10 medals and 15 ribbons (sample images attached).
