Auto Trading Plugin, Amibroker to NSE Now Terminal

I am looking forward for a Developer who can develop an AUTO TRADING plugin which can connect AMIBROKER with NSE Now Trading Terminal [Indian Stock Market] for punching orders automatically at one time cost for any number of PC's (without any licence manager for self use). The following features are required:- a) Single Plugin to PUNCH Auto Orders via AMIBROKER into NSE Now Trading Terminal for NSE & MCX; b) It must have facility to feed Target 1/ Target 2 and SL in terms of Points/ %age; c) It must have facility to Punch orders on (a) Immediate ; (b) On Completion of Candle c) after specific no of candles only if ask price is at or above[in case of sell order] /below [In case of Buy Order] middle price of Buy/ Sell signal Candle. for example if buy signal comes in a candle in which price moves from 100 to 101 then order should not be placed immediately but it should be placed when ask price reaches 100.4 in next 2-3 candles means after 60% retracement . and i should be able to define this retracement also ; d) It must have facility for Punching Orders in SEMI AUTO or FULLY AUTOMATIC mode & Also to choose LONG/ SHORT or BOTH types of Orders. e) Stoploss needs to be placed at cost after meeting TG1 f) It may also have facility of Time Management (i.e. START Time & END Time of Trading); g) It may also have facility taking Transaction Password of NSE Now Trading Terminal ; i) It should also be compatible with AMIBROKER 5.60 and above it should be have paper trade option and bar replay mode options with profit and loss values based on quantities ... it should have 1X ( adding 1 + lots order quantity 1 2 3 4 5 6 7) order increment counts if previous order is loss it should have 2X ( double the order quantity 1 2 4 8 16 32 65 ...) order increment counts if previous order is loss finally it should place cover order tg1 , tg2 and sl on open position
