WP Bakery Element - Bar Graph Plugin

We are looking for someone to develop a WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) plugin element with the following functionality: WP BAKERY PLUGIN ELEMENT - Animated Bar Graph - Bar graph data - Load animation like the sample seen here ([login to view URL] PLUGIN#1 only) - We need to have the ability to set the X and Y values - Ability to display exactly the values told to the plugin, including special characters and decimal point positioning - Ability to set the bar colour and font colour - The height of the Y values should dictate the height of the individuate bars - You can also see how the bars animate slightly (colour change) when you hover over them - You can also see the values appear when you hover over the bars - Ability to switch orientation from horizontal to vertical (so that the bars come horizontally from the left instead of up from the bottom) - Each graph must remain in a square box (same width and height) regardless of how many bars are on each chart - so bars will need to adjust in width and height to accommodate this. - Everything above must also be mobile responsive Please place FINAL bid only.
