Hello there, Thanks for the job post. I have read the requirement of client tracking system where you can be able to track the staff who are attending the seminar. We can create the application from where the user after resigstartion can scan the bar code and makr his attendance. Email notifications and SMS alerts can be sent once the seminar is attneded by the employees. We are still a little unclear about the overall project requirement. Can you share a document mentioning what exactly you want the flow of information in the web app. We have created the employee tracking system with GPS geofencing integration. We have created the ID cards with bar codes for tracking employees. Once we are clear what exactly needed , we will develop the software. Hi There, I have over 8 years experience in web development and I have developed many ERP, CRM and web portals. What I understand by your project is you want to generate a QR or Barcode for each client who registers for you on your website. This code will be sent to them as an Email and attachment. When your client would attend your seminar, you want to scan the code to get all information about your client and when your client is willing to schedule a meeting with you, you can schedule their meeting using this QR code. We would build a system where client's all information would be recorded and can be searched by a unique code or QR code. When you would scan the code to schedule meeting, a calendar would open and you can book his appointment as per available slot. We will inform you and your client 1 day and 2 hours before meeting time. This can be also managed by settings like when you want to inform your client. This is an explanation what I understand from your project description and the process what I feel better for your application. We can discuss rest things over chat.
