Hey there, I have experience in building VBA / Macro solutions with a couple of projects like you have here. To be honest..you can have all the data saved in excel and generate multiple reports based on its source information (database) be it tracking deliveries or expense/revenue reports. My point is..developing relational data in Access would require a specific structure (consumes time) while excel is an open book and easy to build. Hi there. I am both an Excel and Access expert, I can develop your solution in either technology. I suggest that this be developed in Excel because often you would like to do your own analysis of the data, and Excel is ideal for that. Excel can be formatted to look clean. If necessary we can link the Excel sheets to Access to create nice reports like revenue/expenses etc. Any changes in the Excel data would immediately be reflected in Access. If there is a lot of data or sophisticated multi-user access, then an entire Access solution may be the better choice.
