Build an Online Store for selling and buying Digital Currncies

I want an e-commerce website which is able sell and buy some e-currencies to the users. let me explain more. ( you better know the method but i think using private, public key and also a way which I can generate or change it by myself to be more confident about this.) 4. every user should be verified by sending their documents. all customers, should register on the website, then they informed to get verified. also a user can purchase a thing but nothing should delivered to them unless they verified. 5. I have a local bank api for paying money. I will send the documentations to you in the next phases. 6. for giving the price in a local currency which is IRR, it should have the ability to check the USD Rate price from a website ( [login to view URL] ) and then it has the ability to add an extra value (on some cases fixed value and in some a percentage (like 4%). also for bitcoin price or also other currencies do you have any suggested idea? 7.
