Build me a website for a property manager company - Holidays rental

I'm looking for a talented person to build a website for company in Wordpress. My company is called "The Good Neighbour". I manage properties in Lisbon, Portugal. I need to have a corporate website explaining what we do but but also advertise all the properties I manage. The website must have search engine, where the client includes the number os persons and some other atributes and the web site retrieves the properties which meet the client needs. I don't want to be just another website, I want to be cool with a bold design. I want something clean with a great image. My products are premium and I believe they will sell for themselves. I want clients to be able to book directly from my website. We need to connect the website to a platform that I already work with.
