Comment a single web page to show where changes can be made

This is an educational project hence the low budget, ideally $10. I have a single page website that uses a template I downoaded. It is php, html, css and javascript. I do not need any code written. I just want the code commented to show me where I can change attributes for menu, text, buttons, images etc. So I can tailor whole page for my positions, colours, fonts, text attributes etc. It is now 13-45 my time and I will be on line until 5pm my time (Cambodia). I will only be on line from 16-00 - 17-00 for the next 4 days after tomorrow so while it is a very simple project, maybe two hours if we get on line today with regular communication, i accept that it my take 5-7 days if we do not get finished today. I think it is just the css that need commenting and maybe the js but please check for yourself - it may be best to start by discussing and doing it in small steps so I can explain what I want as we go - thankyou
