Compile and upload a website

I have the source wordpress php files for a website designed by a different vendor and I am not happy with the quality of work delivered. I need someone to take the source files, compile them in wordpress and then upload them to my previously purchased host. The previous vendor did not have the knowledge required to upload the designed webpage to my g suite account, hence, the reason I am looking for someone else's services. This project should not take very long, however, depending on the quality of work delivered and communication during the process there could be additional work in the near future.
