Converting all the functionality of your website currently offered by ASP.Net to PHP would take time. I have not seen your website code and don't know how much work is involved but from my experience I believe it would take me around 10 to 15 days to deliver this project. I can rebuild your website back-end in CodeIgnitor framework which is a fairly light-weight but performant framework. For doing this project I would also like to know the schema of your MS SQL database so I can recreate a similar structure at my end for testing.
