crate a new leads website

I need to create a new leads website, [login to view URL] with a login area for users with php only. We have 3 websites that have contact form on it and right now all are coming to our mailboxes. We need to forward those leads to our new lead website so we can keep track of all the leads. website 1: uses contact7 form (wp site), website 2 uses php contact form (php code), website 3: uses contact7 form (wp site). The new lead website will receive all leads from the 3 sites above. In the admin area of the new lead website there will be 3 tabs for each site, as each site has different contact forms. All leads will be sorted by the latest received with export to csv as well and date picker. Few additional details: -There also needs to be paging, showing 50 leads per page. - User area: we need to add users, password and delete users - tabs, so we an easily switch between the sites.
