Create a database in MS Access

Classes / courses Courses runs Monday to Sunday Courses have price and there are discounts depending on number of courses and types used Attendance We need to monitor attendance, which user should be able to do at front desk We should be able to do attendance at students entrance to the centre and should be able to assign attendance to particular classes Every child detail is saved and their parents . One parent might have more than one child attending Some students get discount We should be able to monitor payments due according to package pricing assigned . We should be able to assign packages to students which should automatically allow us to add them to certain amount of classes . Some validations required and administrator should be able to over ride these validation Finance : we should be able to see payment method for each child and select if it has been received . This should be manual check task and needs to be done every month We should be able to add students in mid of the month and change pro rata or customised fees Reports: we should be able to create reports for finance and administration purpose Also we should be able to run end of the day report to analyse students who attended today and any new registrations in the days . We should be able to do that for day, week and month We should be able to create a leads table where all new leads need to be entered and appointment to be made for new customers . There should be a way to chase this up We should also be able to print class attendance sheet for each day and week Also, we should have payments table to add any payments made by customers by cash or card and the purpose . We should be able to make graphical reports aswell
