Create a simple booking website for events based company

System Requirements: Client needs a simple PHP booking system for bookings tickets for performances, collecting payments and attendee lists. We need someone to create a simple system where client can paste unique links on a private FB group for users to book tickets for events she promotes. Similar to below The design can be very basic and rudimentary, functionality is more important than design. Problems to overcome. • Client needs to be able to set price for tickets for each event. • Client has her own email database (Mailchimp). There needs to a measure in place to prevent non-members from booking tickets. (possibly API call?) Clients would like SMS two-step authentification to verify users are part of database. • Client needs to prevent overselling by limiting number of tickets available for any performance. • Client needs to be able to set multiple performances/times and a unique number of tickets for each for any given event. • Client needs to collect first name, last name, email address and number of tickets required for each one. • System needs to collect payment and deliver a simple evoucher to purchasers via Stripe. Evoucher should be dynamic using product settings info, but client needs ability to edit evoucher for any given event – ie. To add custom text, if she decides to do so. • System needs to be very user friendly and simple to use. • Client needs a way of monitoring ticket uptake in real time via reporting dashboard. • Client needs to be able to download or export attendee lists in simple excel format. This list should include Event Title, Event Date & Time, First Name, Last Name and number of tickets booked. • Client needs system that communicates to users when event capacity has been reached. • System needs to be secure for both users, and the client to protect client data. • System needs to send a order confirmation email to admin for each sale. Things to bear in mind: One “event” can have multiple “performances” and event can have two “performances” on the same day at different times. I’ve used a survey to loosely design what we need. The problem with the survey is that it doesn’t allow you to use number of tickets as a multiplier to book tickets, nor does it have the functionality to limit number of tickets available per performances, or provide organised guestlists, so it doesn’t really work as a solution.
