Create a simple website that hosts a database. - 29/04/2018 14:26 EDT

I am creating a program that actively gathers information and uploads it to a .txt. file. Ideally, this txt file will connect with a MySQL or SQL database that updates every time the txt file is overwritten. I want the website to show the database in an appealing spreadsheet form. Since the information is time sensitive, the database and website needs to update every few seconds. I suppose a connection between PHP and the MYSQL database is necessary. I believe this is pretty easy for someone familiar with all of MySQL, PhP, HTML, CSS. This will be integrated with a program written in Python. For those interested in making a proposal: Please create the following: 1. The website will be purple. RGB: 140, 75, 164 There will be space for a logo at the top. Fill this with text: Say: SteamerView Under the logo will be space for a banner ad. Under this horizontal banner ad, will be a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet (database) will have 5 columns. These columns will be labeled: Name, Viewers, Link, Elims, Remaining The information from the txt file will be integrated into the database, commas parsing to each column and new lines parsing to each row. I have attached an example txt file. TO KEEP IN MIND: This txt file will be overwriting itself 24/7. This means that the database needs to update itself each time the txt file updates itself. This ALSO means the website has to update itself each time the database updates. More information necessary: The database will have a maximum of 30 rows. The website should have room for ads on the side and bottom. The database, as displayed on the website, should be sortable by each unique column.
