Create DW template files from dymanic miva theme framework

We need the layout of the miva ready theme framework turned into html. We have a number of static pages that link to our miva cart and are trying to make it all look similar. Pages need to adapt to different screen sizes and operating systems. - It must be deliverable as a series of html files including template files we can apply to an existing website. - must include separate css file - must have same look and feel as the framework theme - must de dymanic to fit different screen sizes and pass google mobile friendly test page - html page needs to have left nav bar on all pages except mobile where it must be on bottom. we have a working example of how this works which we can show you upon request. - must have a working knowledge of current miva - must have English as primary language and working hours similar to US EST Please do not contact or bid on this project if you can not meet the above requirements.
