Create two (2) simple WP websites for nonprofits -- 3

My client is having an issue with the websites for his nonprofit organization. The websites were transferred to a new hosting company because they were created with [login to view URL] hosting services and their package didn't include SSL. We would like to delete the old websites and create them again (maybe with the same appearance or something better) with malware protection. If you look a the websites' history you'll see the two websites have the same amount of pages and are almost identical. We had the multilanguage plugin, to have the website pages both in English and Spanish. SEO enabled would be great. The budget is $30.00 to $60.00 per website. $120.00 total for the project for both small websites.
