Create 3 WP websites out from current ones

There are 2 websites that already exist. I need to improve them all in terms of design and feeling. The new websites will be made in wordpress. There is also one website that needs to be created from scratch but, it is linked with the main one, which makes it quite easy. I will provide the Wordpress theme already pre-installed. This means, in the production server but on a temporary subdomain. Once approved, I will move the website to production, so that task is not required for this project, only web design. The access would be only FTP and WP admin. If you also require access to cPanel, that would mean that your knowledge and skills are probably not enough for the job. I will have a chat with some optioned candidates first over Skype (payments are done via Freelancer), so English language proficiency and good communication skills are also required. I will give the final details of the project to the chosen developer. Not before, so please don't start the chat asking for all the project information during the interview as it will tell me that you didn't take the time to read the project information.
