Create a WordPress Template Design

Hello, MAIN REQUIREMENT: a template to attract 18+ girls (so the design should be colorful and eye-catchy). Also, responsive and light for fast loading from the webserver. Website's goal: to recruit girls for a local job (for a cam-girls agency). Indeed this is somehow adult oriented area, but the website itself is not selling anything adult oriented, but only providing information in order to attract future employees for our company. I would need some design here that should bring-up some call-to actions for the "contact us" or "schedule appointment". It is very important on every page that, if the customer browsing the website is happy with the content, that he can find easily a call-to-action in order to reach us. * there will be an "about us" page which needs to be eye-catchy (as design). Yes there will be text there, but should be designed so that the text will be easy to read, and the page flow to be fluid... not boring. Eventually here we could also speak about our team * there will be a photos gallery page. Would be nice if thumbnails could be "framed" in some nice design so that the whole page will be nice, even slideshows maybe. * there should be 2 more pages regarding call-to-actions: online appointment (interview) and a contact page. These 2 pages should also be catchy for a girl and also easy to understand I can provide any other details if you believe it will help you better understand the project's requirements.
