Design mini PHP unit tests to be integrated to a Bitbucket deployment process

I currently manage several website repositories hosted on Bitbucket. The sites are generally developed in PHP/HTML and use MySQL if there is a database involved. Often the sites are Wordpress. I use Bitbucket Pipelines to deploy to my server. I have a staging server as well as a live production server. Initially, I want to design some small tests to check for things like: 1. Are meta tags present on each page, and do they match the tags I want 2. Does the .htaccess file have basic configuration settings that I have defined 3. Does the feedback form work (we can define the parameters) Initially, I would like 5 such tests designed. If I am happy with the work I will give additional tests and am happy to pay separately for them. The test needs to run within the Bitbucket Pipelines build and only allow deployment if the tests pass. Some tests can fail and still allow the deployment to staging. But deployment to production should be more strict. I am open to suggestions from you to make the above process better. I can provide several simple websites to choose from to test out your solution. I can share the repositories with you and provide any other information you need. I would prefer not to give access to either of my servers, and can do the server side configs based on your guidelines.
