Develope APP and a website integrated for photo management

This requirement is for a Medical Spa type of business, where procedures like Surgery, Botox and Fillers are executed. The APP should be available on Android and IOS. And also on the web. The idea is that the doctor can use it's phone to take one or multiple photos of a patient and then upload them to a cloud system where this photos will be tagged with custom information. The custom information will be some kind of identifier of the patient, and ID of the attention, date, if it's before or if it's after etc... The idea is that the software should allow the user to define the fields that each photo should have. This fields could be TRUE/FALSE, free text, a list to be choosen, a unique number, etc... We should provide all the options and it has to be configurable. The search engine has to be powerful enough to get the photos and provide a nice way to create before and after from the Doctor's phone (or on the web) and then send it to the patient via E-Mail, Whatsapp, Message, Facebook Messenger, etc... all the available platforms using a customizable format so the doctors could use. When taking a picture (in particular the "AFTER" picture), we should allow the doctor to search for the "BEFORE" photo, and if the doctor want's to, put in on the screen with a configurable transparency. The idea is that the Doctor could take an after picture from the same angle so it can be comparable. Finally, once the picture is taken, and if the doctor used the BEFORE/AFTER feature, show him on the screen on the left the before, on the right the AFTER so he can decide to keep it or not and give him immediately the option to send it to the patient. Potentially, this will have a commercial use, so it should have the possibility to download the app, suscribe buying a license for a certain quantity of doctors (in case a medical institution decides to buy the app). We should also allow the doctor to upload the pictures from the web, or even from the app selecting from the photo memory of the computer. In case the picture is taken from outside the app. The app should be able to work offline, storing on a cache a reasonable amount of pictures and upload them once it gain access to the network. Because there is a potential Medical Institution that will be the owner of the software. We should allow them to: - Deactivate a user at will - Decide to share among selected doctors the pictures - Give (or not) permission to the doctor to delete photos, after a certain amount of days. Here I'll accept suggestions (on the pricing). I know that the storage of the pictures is a cost that will have to be considered, so the pricing should reflect that.
