Developing an application for credit card reports data scrapping

Every week I need to get some data from a web site. The data I need is always the same and is displayed the same way every time. I have to enter my ID and password and then select date by date and download a pdf or visualize the data online.(I could ask the service provider to send a PDF attached to an email instead if you consider it easier to get the info) I would like to have a tool that gets that info for me. I expect it to work in two possible ways. It can be both or only the 1st one: 1) The software should let us give a range of dates and consult every date bringing back a line in a file like FREELANCER [login to view URL] only if there's data for that date. 2) The software logs in weekly or daily, gets each new date information (if there's any) and copies it to the excel sheet. The tool should also let me easily update passwords in case they change.
