Help setting up MySQL workbench and connect database file

I currently have a very large CSV file that I would like connected to MySql workbench so that it can be queried. The CSV file is many GB in size and has about 175 million rows and 300 columns. What I need is someone that can do the following: 1 – log in with Team Viewer and be available at approximately 5pm New York time 2 – Install MySql workbench 3 – Connect the CSV file to MySql workbench 4 – Write simple queries that I may refer to in the future so that I can query the csv file database Thank you for your assistance. Please include a brief description in your PM along with your bid so I can tell that you actually read the project description instead of using an auto-bidder to bid on the project. Just a sentence or two will do.
