HTML to WordPress

Need a PHP, WordPress and Javascript expert to convert our One-Page retina ready responsive HTML site to fully functional WordPress site. The site got a blog page and a single post page as well. Convert the HTML site to WP theme which is compatible with Latest WordPress version. All the standard pages like, search result page, archive page, category page etc should be ready. 2. Use FlexSlider for the Homepage slider. 3. Use Redux Framework for Theme-Options. 4. Unlimited Color Styles and Google fonts styles should be implemented in the Theme Options, so that we can create our custom color scheme for buttons, text, titles, icons, backgrounds etc and we can use different google fonts for h1,h2,h3,h4,h4,h6, paragraphs etc with only a few clicks! 5. In the Theme-Options various other things should be there like: Options for Blog with left sidebar/Blog with right sidebar, Sticky menu/Hidden menu, Homepage with slider/Homepage with pattern image (instead of slider) AND the basic things like logo, favicon, footer things etc. 5. Theme should be Translation-ready using .po/.mo files. 6. Theme should be compatible with WPML plugin with tested RTL support (for right to left languages) 7. MailChimp Integration 8. Contact Form 7 Integration 9. Custom Drag and drop page builder (Not visual composer, because we don't have copyright to use that commercially) should be implemented. Using the drag and drop page builder, we should be able to make a page exactly like the Homepage which is now static in html (see here: [login to view URL]) 10. Clean coding needed. You need to follow standard coding requirements for WordPress, PHP and Javascript. Please see the attached doc file to know more about the coding requirements. Our responsibilities: 1. We will provide you the well written w3 valid HTML version of the site. 2. We will provide you our server's ftp login details where latest version of WordPress is installed.
