Import Tool or Plug-in Needed for Wordpress

I have a directory / listing based wordpress theme. It has an import tool to import categories, however it only adds 2 levels of categories. I need a quick tool (or plug-in) created that will allow to import 4 levels of categories, along with filling in the description for each category, the slug for each category, and also the meta title, and meta description for each category. I have a list of all the categories and subcategories in a .txt file which you would use and can change the format to .cvs or any other format you need to import into wordpress. Example structure: Top category > sub category 1 > sub category 2 > final category > (listings would go here) I have a total of 13 "Top Categories" then several sub categories under each top category.
