Integrate a small web application for purchase management Application must be developed in plain Php on MySql DB Table User (User Name, Password, Company, VATno, Adress) Existing Table to modify with company each user has 1 company Table Bank (Bank code -3digit-, Bank Name, Bank Adress, IBAN, BIC) Joint Table (Company, Bank Code) a company may have more banks Table PurchasingDocument (PD_code, Date Of Invoice, TypeOfDocument,JobCode, Company, Tot, Vat, Net -currency amount) Joint Table Reconciliation (PD_code,FT_code, status) TypeOfDocument (Expense, PurchasingInvoice, Troll, Fake) Table FinancialTransaction (FT_code, Date Of Bank Movement, Bank Code, FullDescription, Amount -currency amount) 1. At the end of each month we download statement from Banks in csv or xls (please find enclosed examples of format) and upload them to the application: 2. The application must - generate unique FT_code as concatenation of yymmddssbbb (year, month,day, serial, bank code) primary key - populate FinancialTrasaction table - sytem must be able to check for duplicate records (a statement could not be enetered twice) 3. During the month we enter in the application Purchasing Documents trough a dedicated mask or upload an xls (please find enclosed examples of format) 4. The application must - generate a unique PD_code as concatenation of yymmddssccty (year, month,day, serial, company, typeofdocument) primary key - populate purchasing document table 5.
