International Reservation system

Hi Experts! What we need: 1. International Ticketing System which will be using GDS API. 2. System should involve Ticket Reservation/Cancellation (should involve our commission) 3. System should involve Hotel Reservation/cancellation (should involve our commission) 4. System should involve Car Reservation/cancellation (should involve our commission) 5. there should be User accounts such that admin can add users and add credit against them and on purchase user can pay from his already existed balance or provide credit/debit card 6. There should be possibility of integrating Local API embedding in the system (which we will provide later) 7. Branding will be of our company 8. Template Should be responsive and browser compatible Preferred Language will be php (Core php or Cakephp will be awesome if available) We will later need Native android, ios and Desktop solution as well General Proposals will be rejected, type "TE693" in the start of proposal so that i should be confirmed that you read all the requirements.
