IOS(Obj C) Remote Notification

Hi, i have an app which gets Remote Notification through php. It works cool, if the app is in background or if the app is running in front end. My problem is if app is suspended by user just by swiping, then app does not get remote notification. Task is to launch the app, on getting the silent remote notification (Not push Notification). User will get no information about the notification. Remote notification will be silent and pop the app to open. I will reply only if you write 'iOS objc' at the start. I will pay only if i see that app is getting launched on remote notification. That's it.
