Live streaming / Broadcasting with live comments and likes (API similar to FB) interfacing to existing core PHP website

We need to interface simple live broadcasting API to our existing website, our website is a cross functional social media platform, any registered user of the website can go live and other users can watch the video and also can comment and like over the live video, its one to many broadcasting and We need a separate Node.JS page to display all the live and previous live videos API should the users from our database, at the beginning of the page need to provide a button 'Go Live', clicking on it automatically starts the live broadcasting, also person going live can watch and reply to comments Old live videos should display in the same page with their respective comments, we are not interested in any paid API, any simple webrtc can be used for the application but UI should be very attractive and user friendly. We used HTML5 and CSS for front-end and core PHP for backend, JSON, AJAX and MySQL for database, we have VPS account to host the website.
