Looking for Web and Mobile App For Flooring Visualizer and AR Feature

Hi there, this project is in different phases. Phase 1 is simply creating a room visualizer for new flooring. Phase 2 is developing AR app to show customized flooring option for potential customers. You can see parts of both Phases at the site below. That's a company already doing what we want to do. [login to view URL] First, I want someone to develop a web app allowing potential customers to choose a room or upload a picture of their room and then change the flooring in that room to be a selection from our company flooring products. Once that's complete, then the Augmented Reality part will be Phase 2. The link I shared above offers both, so you can see both concepts there. For the visualizer, the customer will 1. Choose or upload a picture 2. Select the flooring option they want 3. Choose to order a free sample or order 4. There will be a square footage calculator to help people estimate how much to order 5.
