Magento Layout and WYSIWYG editor broken

We have 2 Magento websites (USA and Canada) which have the same theme/layout and there are a few issues: Canada website: [login to view URL] USA website: [login to view URL] 1. Our USA website has an issue with the Home Page slider shrinking and trying to display both slides if a user minimizes a page to half-size or less. It has to hide itself like on our Canada website. (Image attached) 2. Our USA website has an issue with the frontpage layout not being properly responsive, some buttons do not shrink/expand to align themselves properly. (Image attached) (Issue 1 & 2 also affect the mobile version of the website. Our Canadian mobile version correctly hides the slider and makes the buttons responsive. USA mobile version has a broken layout) 3. Our Canada website has an issue with the WYSIWYG editor not working in the backend. It doesn't show visual content, it only works in HTML mode. 4. Both websites sometimes have an issue where the "Save" button does not work after editing a product page.
