messaging forward from discord to telegram

Hi i need a bot or a server that will send messages from a private discord server which i had to pay to subscribe to so invite links probably wont work not sure how that all works to be honest. i am a member of the discord server but not an admin i want to forward messages from there to a private telegram channel which i am admin in with about a 30 second delay max i was offered one for 6dollars per month to then find out it was only for telegram to telegram i would need only certain sections to be forwarded and the discord channels name hidden so looks as if its all coming from my telegram channel i can pay $50 for this to be set up as have very limited funding is this possible?
