Modeling Website based on Wordpress, Dating Script, or PHP/MySQL

PLEASE DO NOT bid before you read this. I essentially need a site similar in functionality to a popular modelling site. I DO NOT want an exact duplicate, just use the site to gather ideas. This could be created using Wordpress, or a dating script with proximity searching, or a standalone solution using PHP/MySQL/Javascript It must be responsive and contain clearly commented code! You might want to create a free account on the most popular modeling site so you can see and understand the way the site works - again just to get ideas and to understand what it is I am looking for. Please bid only once you have and understanding of what I am looking for. ----------------------------------------------- Functions for Basic Free (and Paid) members: > users must register (for free) in order to view the site. > registration requires email validation before login > user selects a role (up to 3) (model, photographer, hairstylist, makeup, HMUA, designer, artist, other) > user creates a profile including photo, name, age calculated from DOB, sex, height, city, state, zip, along with a bio. Everything, including photo, is required. > free members should be able to browse public albums and view profiles, but that is all > inappropriate photo reporting capability to admin ~ EVERYTHING BELOW IS FOR PAID MEMBERS ONLY ~ > free member can upgrade membership by paying $$ and verifying their phone number. This will require paypal and Stripe integration. Phone number verification can be performed via SMS (much preferred), or manually, since this will be a low use website > once upgraded to paid, user name shows "verified" and "standard" or "premium" next to/under it > paid user can create photo albums and make them public or private. it is required that they have at least one public album with at least one public photo. > paid standard can create up to 4 albums, paid premium can create up to 10 > albums may contain up to 50 photos each, clickable thumbnail goes to detail page with photo info and full size image > user can set access code on private album. This can be given to other members to access private album. > on site messaging system between paid users with ability to block a user > import their photos from facebook, instagram, twitter - or else link accounts - IFTTT (free) may provide a good solution for this > search capability with proximity searches based on zip code, state, miles away, etc. > posting section for "gigs", similar to "castings" on a popular modelling site, where users may post ads looking to hire other users > a forum software (free) that integrates into the chosen platform (wordpress, dating script, standalone) ----------------------------------------------------- I have a server where I will provide you with the login credentials necessary to do the work.
