Looking for experienced developers to build a Music & MIDI Player App (Android Only) 1. App should play youtube likes as audio without opening the links. 2. Admin user should be able to add new categories, sub categories and file links and update links and upload MIDI files on the app time to time. 3. There should be an option to download the links and MIDI files uploaded for the users. 4. There should be an option to play, pause, stop and slide the played files. 5. Nice and fast graphic design required 6. Users should be able to rate each files on the app 7. There should be a menu to navigate to categories and sub categories. 8. Users should be able to send messages to admin. 9. Option to purchase through PayPal should be provided. 10. Option to Donate should be linked to admin PayPal account 11. Admin should have the complete rights to add, edit delete, replace, rename the files on the app. 12. Option to change the pitch, tempo of files (MIDI or links) and downloading option. Very low budgeted work. Max budget 50$ as this is a common app. Bidders needs to send the links and proof of similar apps. Others will be rejected.
