I need a professional PHP developer (PHP script development)

Hello, I am looking for a professional PHP programmer for a unique job. Specifically, I need the following PHP script: With the "indirect call" of a certain PHP file the appropriate Referer (or the called up URL) is to a predefined txt. File (which is on a remote host / server). Why "indirect call": The corresponding PHP file should have the property to be "inserted" into any PHP file using the command require_once. Further: The PHP file itself should only be executed once. That is: Once the file has been executed, the source code should be overwritten with any source code. Payment: I am willing to pay up to 20 € if the script is implemented professionally. (it should be PHP 5 - PHP 7 compatible)
