Hi, I’m Priyanka from a travel startup. We are a community of solo-travellers where like-minded individuals can discover each other and travel together. We also organise group trips to various destinations around the world. Types of products that we sell: - Group Trips - Activities - eg. Scuba diving, snorkelling, a day trek etc. Apart from the above-mentioned products, we also organise regular Travellers’ Meet Ups in different cities to connect solo-travellers. These events are free of cost. Requirements Overview: We are revamping our website & adding some new functionalities. Please find below the requirements: 1. Set up a new theme- KLEO. We want to create an online community of travellers. We have bought the theme KLEO already & this theme provides most of the features that we are looking for. We want someone to set it up & change the look & feel of the website including the homepage, products page, user profile page & a few other pages. (We have almost finished this in staging, only a few things are left, see the last page of the doc for more details) 2. Create a custom Product plugin with the following features: Since we sell tours & tours related products (activities). We want a plugin exclusively for tours, activities & events so that our products can look beautiful & easy to navigate. We ideally want a plugin which can provide us customisable features to add day wise itineraries, inclusions & exclusions, cancellation policy, additional info, tour/activity/event pictures, reviews, members who have booked the tour/activity/event, dates & availabilities etc. Whenever a user buy a tour/activity or register for an event (traveller’s meet up), we want to link that user to the product & show that on the tour/activity/event page & also on the home page. You will get more clarity on seeing the UI sample drawings. Should be responsive. 3. Customise User Profile Page Along with the user profile we want to show the following in the user profile page: Upcoming trips/activities/events for which they have registered or paid. Past booked trips/activities/events Reviews they have left on our trips/activities/events References Members should be able to give & receive references from each other. References received & reference given, both should be visible on the user profile page. 4. Multi-currency support- We would like to support USD, SGD, INR, AUD, Euro & GBP. Default currency should be shown as per the user’s location. In case there is already a plugin for this feature, we can buy that & provide it to you.
