Old Software on Odoo Needs modifications

Our System was Built on Odoo - OpenERP Software. The Developer didn't Finish his Work and left us without completing the full project. We Need To do the following : 1) Quantity into decimal like 1.5,2.5 and so on. 2) Depreciation & bank installment entry. 3) Overtime of employees report daily and monthly. 4) Scan purchase bill attachment. 5) New Hire agreement upload & hire agreement number should be shown in invoice. 6) Equipment wise purchase and sale. 7) Equipment status only al mathal equipment shown. 8) Credit limit should be in active. 9) Statement of account remove description of invoice. 10) Remove opening balance of all customers. 11) Problem in split sales & purchase report in correct amount. 12) Multiple entries to be paid in terms of customers while registering payments. 13) When registering payment of single invoice in memo all details shown, but if paid more than 1 invoices then details in memo like invoices numbers and chq number not shown. 14) Alerts through mails on every day documents of expiration before 15 days till renewal and post in system. 15) Automatic print of wcr number on file after download. 16) in purchase invoice bill number not repeated in other purchase invoices, only admin can do this type of entry. 17) Equipment status edit and do changes by admin in post dated. 18) after validation of wcr no one can not change date of wcr, give access to only admin to change date of wcr after validation. 19) Admin rights to control the rights of users. 20) If we link delivery note with sale invoice then time sheet number not shown in invoice. 21) After validation of purchase invoice it is not edited, give access to admin to edit it. 22) The quantity uom in purchase invoice shows 1 only after print even more than 1. 23) Profit & loss statement , monthly and yearly. 24) In vendors statement of account does not show any details. 25) Vat implication in sales invoice after total sales amount of invoice. This Program done on Bython so we need some one to finish the job. ASAP.
