phpbb3 custom coding

phpbb3 has been installed, but returns a file not found error, and no longer able to login. Needs a bug fix. need to bridge the login to a single system including single sign on/session control. Configure bridge so avatars are loaded from a single script (no need to upload and reupload in the main script and forum). phpbb profile should link to the main site profiles phpbb forum details should be displayed on the main site profiles. phpbb groups need to be modified to auto create/remove based on creation of "group" in the main site. Group creator automatically becomes a moderator for that forum/group in phpbb. disable and remove every portion of phpbb3 that deals with uploads. No member uploads period. remove bbcode and add/secure a wysiwyg editor. if you have questions feel free to ask.
