Hi There, I have a cloud server running CentOS Linux 7.1.1503 (Core)‬ + Plesk (latest version). Spec of the server is: 2 Core/2048MB RAM/80GB Disk. The server is running a number of PHP cron job style scripts, running from hourly to every 30 minutes or so, that write to the a MySQL db. I am looking for someone who can assist with the server's performance. Currently it fluctuates from very responsive, to very slow. You will be required to monitor/audit server performance, and identify what specific PHP scripts are causing performance issues. Any additionally PHP help there to improve performance a bonus, but not essential necessary/required. The ability to identify issues in terms of the setup of the MySQL database from a performance perspective will be greatly advantageous (also not essential necessary/required). Additionally recommendations pertaining to server setup, plesk setup, from speed performance or security perspectives are key. Please provide examples of similar projects / similar work - or your skills in general. Set price preferred (with more detail / scope provided by me) or hourly rate. Thanks, James

Hello there, I believe Im the right person for this job. Have tons of experience in server tweaking/optimization and debugging scripts bottlenecks or heavy SQL threads. I will be tweaking the whole server including the Plesk panel and the LAMP setup. If the tweaking doesnt fully fix the slow load time responses I will look for any specific bottleneck involved either from a PHP script or a heavy IO db operation and let you know so you can tweak it from your side. Additionally, the server hardware specs arent super big so there is a slightly chance that it could be hardware power related. Im available on chat if you have any questions. Hi, I am sure I can help you on all subjects from finding the bottleneck to security issues and optimizing all in between (MySQL, PHP, Plesk, ...). Nowadays I maintain a few dozen VP servers on all kinds of platforms and at least 10 are running Plesk. Besides the cron jobs what else is the server running? Any webs, E-mail or other services?
