Hi, If you have cpanel license i can install Cpanel on both servers and configure all websites/domains on first server. Then i can create a backup/restore script to copy all websites (along with its databases/emails) automatically to the second server nightly and can import them on the second server so that whenever first server is down you can continue running on the second server by only changing DNS and/or IP addresses. If you dont have cpanel license and if you dont plan to buy 2 licences (for each server) then i can install webmin/virtualmin on both servers and can perform the same operations. Frankly i have performed similar setups several times and also continuing to provide support for many of my long term clients. I am a reliable, honest and hardworking IT system admin with more than 15 years of hands-on experiences. Where are these machines hosted? May I suggest using virtualisation? This way you could easily have HA environment with replicated storage so in case malfunction of hardware on one machine all traffic could be served from second one. This way you would get web-panel for management etc. I've set such environments multiple times with great success (I'm using it in my homelab to test things too)

Hello, I have very good experienced our cPanel/WHM related work. As your case, you need backup server, But with cPanel High Availability is not possible. You can only able to server one cPanel, and second server as backup of cPanel move file. That used in case of emergency.
