Software as a service website Visual Designer Needed

Hello All, I’m looking for UK designer who can create a visual design of a saas solution that I’m looking to create . The online portal will be used to manage/order data, direct mail and email marketing. Users will be able to upload there data into the portal to be analysed to see what needs updating alongside using that data in direct mail and email marketing campaigns. Email campaign section will be another webpage directed to a third party supplier page but there should be an option to return back to to the portal. Direct mail will be just a simile form format to submit a request and there will be a page for reports which users can create. Obviously this is a very broad and small description but I should have a full description/ plan for each page in the next week or so.
