Square credit card batch processing form

I need very simple PHP file made. It is 1 text form and a submit button Inside the text form I will paste multiple lines of credit card information CSV style. For example ordernumber1,amount,creditcardnumber,creditcardexp,creditcardCCV,nameOncard ordernumber2,amount,creditcardnumber,creditcardexp,creditcardCCV,nameOncard ordernumber3,amount,creditcardnumber,creditcardexp,creditcardCCV,nameOncard There might be some more information needed to be passsed in like address etc, I am not sure exactly what is needed, it is listed in the API here - [login to view URL] Once i click submit, i would like the cards to be charged (connecting to my [login to view URL] account) and report back if the order ID was successful or if it failed. For example orderID1: Success orderID2: Failed (Card declined) orderID3: Success It doesn't have to be pretty at all, the implementation of this for another company I am with is just 50 lines of PHP. I can provide that php file if needed but it is for a different bank so the format will be a little bit different
