Standard replies will not be considered. Fix Wordpress/woocommerce plugin fault

My website has a reservation plugin, which the developers struggled to get it working. Attributes/variations are all over the place. Every time I update woo commerce everything disappears. I then took this over and found that when I was adding attributes/variaitons to the product they would save correctly, however when the UPDATE button was used on the product, the VARIATIONS/Attributes would go missing, So I am unable to launch or even maintain such a website. There seems to be a conflict somewhere but I do not have the time to resolve.. I believe that this task should not take more than 2 - 3 hours for someone who is experienced. Pay will commence after site is used and is in full working order.
