Student/Family Preschool Registration/Enrollment System

1) The enrollment must be done in the FRONT END of the WordPress Site (Not the Admin area). 2) The code must be FULLY & WELL Documented. 3) The System should only be accessed based on User Credentials (Staff). 4) Must use Relational database (MYSQL) and must conform to WordPress rules. 5) Statistical Child/Student records and data must be viewable in the FRONT END of the WordPress Site. 6) No plugin use except (Advanced Custom Fields) only if required. 7) 4 TYPES of users for Login Admin - Has all rights to Everything Supervisor - Has rights to view/edit (will have access to payment info in future) Assistant - Can view/edit/create child registrations and information Parent - Can only view child information and ((in future) can view/print receipts (not part of this project)) 8) Only minimal CSS required. 9) Content is to be dynamically generated on a single page based on a Template.
