Hi, We are a team of two from Kolkata with vast experience in developing Joomla sites and custom extensions. You can check the projects we have been undertaking at freelancer to get an idea of our competence. Since you have mentioned upgrading from a Joomla 1.8 site, although you might be aware already, yet we need to point out that migrating from Jommla 1+ series to Joomla 3+ series changes the entire structure of Joomla and it is possible that many of the extensions (components/modules/plugins) that you may have been using earlier may become dysfunctional unless their upgraded versions are also available and installed.
