Utility/Generator detection program - open to bidding

Hi Sergiu S.,I have a challenge for you. The task is to be able to analyze the incoming sine wave from a 120/240 volt 60 Hz AC source and determine if the source is derived from the municipal utility or a emergency stand by generator. In the US it is not uncommon to have an emergency backup generator in the event of a loss of power from the local utility. The reason for the device is many generators are too small to power the whole house and loads need to be shed when the generator is running. Because most of the generators are installed after the house is built and can be difficult to get a control wire from the transfer switch to the loads that need to be shed during generator operation. So we need a control board that will look at the incoming AC and determine if it is utility or generator and shed the load if it is generator. We have made some progress in writing a program but need some help. We have a computer set up in our lab with a PC scope/spectrum analyzer for you to have access to the utility and generator wave-forms and software. We can do this on an hourly basis or however you prefer. Let me know if you have any interest at all.
