Video Contest Website

HI i can build a plugin with wordpress where from the wordpress admin backend you can - Add/ Manage contests - Manage user submissions for contests - Set a winner automatically upon the contest finish - Select a winner manually when contest finish - When a winner selected (or automatically selected) a mail will send to winner and from frontend there will be a place where all the contests will be list and from the frontend users will be able to upload videos and participate to the each contest. We can make the users only can vote once logged in (one time) or we can make the guests also can place votes but with this way if they cleaned their browser and load the site back they can vote again. So we can have a option for admin to each contest as "login to vote" or "vote enable for guests" too. Thanks and I look forward to working with you Vionj
