I want to make my laptop as a web server

I have extensive experience in Web Development. Joomla, Magento, PHP Framework(Yii2) etc. Yes that is completely possible, all you need is a static IP and access to internet when you want this to be accessible as server. Besides basic OS needs to be installed from your end, though I will guide you step by step. for subsequent server software I will do that with remote access. This will be a Ubuntu Server.

VPN Protocol (with user name and password) you must have static IP Address for that Remote Desktop (full computer session) through static IP.
